Dear Parent,
As you know, the weather has presented many challenges to student learning and experiences. Unfortunately, Winter does not seem to be showing any signs of letting up soon.
USD 415 will continue to do our best to keep our staff and students safe. We also value our time with our students and want our schools to be open for our students and families.
If you feel that it is not safe to send your student due to road conditions or temperatures, please notify your school office. Weather-related absences reported by parents will typically be excused. It may also be necessary to alter bus routes in response to road conditions. If so, we will communicate with impacted families. If those families are unable to provide transportation for their students, they should contact the school office as well.
We appreciate your cooperation as we deal with the elements. Please feel free to contact us with questions you may have.
