Mrs. Runer’s 3rd graders discovered a new bird in town today!  The Sloof lipra is a bird that only comes to Kansas the first week of April!  We had to do all sorts of silly things to make this April Fool’s trick work!  Even Mr. Carver got in on the fun! #HESRedHawks #RedHawkReady

Our HHS JAGK students recently teamed up with Hiawatha Park and Rec for some community service activities. They spent several days at Bruning Park helping to get it cleaned up for the upcoming ball games. Students worked hard at getting the field and fence line cleaned up. The student's hard work was evident! Our JAGK students will continue their community service efforts in the coming weeks, including clean up at Noble Park.
