USD 415 Families would you give us some feedback to help us continue to serve you and your child? We know families are a critical element in each student’s educational success. Please take a moment to complete our 15 question family engagement survey. Keeping in mind the survey was not written with this year of changing circumstances in mind, these goals are especially important to us in this often topsy-turvy year. The manner of implementation may have changed, and your answers may need to reflect on one of the ways we adapted to meet the unique needs and challenges of this year.
