USD 415 will be providing free dental screenings to all students enrolled in our schools in compliance with Kansas State Statute 72-5201. All students will be screened unless the parent/guardian does not want their student to participate.

Oral health is an important part of children’s overall health, and is a critical component in the child’s ability to learn and succeed in school.  If your child does participate, a copy of the results of the screening will be sent home with the student.

If you have any questions please feel free to call Whitney McCauley at the elementary school at 785-742-7181 or email wmccauley@usd415.org. Thank you for your cooperation!

Friday September 21st local dentist William G. Geisendorf, DDS and Jordan D. Haedt, DDS will be at Hiawatha High School to provide Hiawatha High School students this screening.  If you did not complete the opt out form at enrollment and wish to do so now, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and return it to the Hiawatha High School office.
