David Fitz
Assistant Principal/Activities Director

David Fitz is in his 9th year as the Assistant Principal/Activities Director of Hiawatha High School. This is his 26th year in education.  David has worked for a number of school districts in Kansas as a social science teacher and coach.  David is a graduate of Pittsburg State University in 1977 and received his Masters in Education Administration from Wichita State University in 1989.  He is married to Constance Fitz and has three children.  Brooke is married to Gentry and lives in Pennsylvania.  Jon is married to Megan and they reside in Texas.  Kyle is going to school at Washburn University.  David also has three grandchildren who live in Pennsylvania - Isaac, Ian and Ireland.
