I am starting my 22nd year of teaching Industrial Technology, with the last 16th years at Hiawatha High School. I currently teach Drafting, Computer Aided Drafting, Furniture & Cabinetmaking and the pinnacle of our program the Building and Trades class. In 1988 I received my Bachelors of Arts in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In 1996 I received a Masters in Technology Education from Pittsburg State University. I am married with a son and daughter and four wonderful grandchildren. I am also currently in the United States Military serving in the US Army Reserves holding the rank of Command Sergeant Major. I recently returned from mobilization to Iraq and also mobilized to Afghanistan in 2003. I am also a die-hard Husker fan supporting my BIG 10 bound Cornhuskers.
