My name is Dustin Mitchell and I teach World Geography, World History, American History II, Film in History, and Sociology at Hiawatha High School. In addition to teaching I also am an assistant football coach and the head girls basketball coach. I am looking forward to another great year at HHS and being very competitive in both football and girls basketball. Good luck to all students at HHS and all activity programs.
I was born and raised in Morrill, Nebraska located in the Panhandle close to the Wyoming border. I am a huge Nebraska fan. GO BIG RED. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in the winter of 2004. Before teaching at HHS I taught World Geography in Houston Texas at a 5A school for two and a half years.
