Second Grade Scientist

Our second graders have been working hard learning many of the principles’ of a science experiment. Students were asked to create a science experiment at home with the help of their family. After a lot of hard work and practice at home they came to class sharing their knowledge and recreating their experiment for their classmates. Then they explained whether or not their experiment agreed with their hypothesis, and why their project did or did not work using the knowledge they gained. It was fun for us all and we encourage our second grade scientist to continue that thirst for learning more and creating other experiments at home with family.
