Easter Visit to Gran Villa
2nd Grade reading to the residents

Mrs. Brown's 2nd grade class walked to the Gran Villa on March 12, 2008, to present a short program to the residents. Poems were recited, songs were sung, and the Night Before Easter story was shared. All material correlated with subjects studied in the classroom. The residents also enjoyed a cute introduction of the students that was patterned from the poem "A My Name is Alice". Residents provided Easter sacks to the students at the end of the visit.
