team support It's that time
again and state testing for the third and fourth graders are almost
complete. One important factor for successful test scores is that
the process starts from Kindergarten through fourth grade. Students
do not just magically come into third grade and master high test
scores from everything they have learned in third grade. It takes a
strong foundation from the first day they enter their classroom at
HES. Likewise, it takes a lot of support from the entire staff:
from the cooking to the janitorial team to make sure our students
are ready. Our team supports our students with a pep rally prior to
their first testing day. The student body make signs of support and
get fired up with cheers lead by principal Mr. Schmitz. The
signs are displayed in the halls of HES to remind students we are
here to support their education.
