Cynthia Ruth Russell Memorial Grants for the physically challenged are available each year to Kansas residents who attend a Kansas institution of higher learning. The deadline for all Cynthia Ruth Russell Memorial Grants are due in the Kansas Masonic Foundation office no later than April 15, 2008. This is a one year grant only. However, grant recipients may re-apply each year.
