I am beginning my 14th year working as an educator; however this is my first year serving as a school counselor. As an undergraduate I received my degree in math education from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College, MN and my certification through Concordia University, NE. I taught math grades 7-12 for eight year’s at Parkview Christian in Lincoln, NE and high school math for 5 years at Oskaloosa High School. While at OHS I served as a member of the Student Improvement Team. The work I did on this team encouraged me to pursue a Master degree in School Counseling at K-State. I hope to complete this program in the spring.
