Happy New Year!
HES Fourth Grade guided reading group, Number the Stars , decided to do some research about Rosh Hashanah. They found that people of the Jewish faith celebrate this New Year holiday in the seventh lunar month. They invited the Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH group, along with the Come Back Salmon group, to learn about the holiday, make Stars of David and eat apples dipped in honey! read more
