Why Your Child Should Be Enrolled in a Computer Class

No Future Careers without Technology Skills

Fact #1:  Many recent studies reveal that Computer/Technical Literacy is one of the top skills most sought after by all employers.

Fact #2:  Job prospects are better and starting salaries are higher if you have a computer-related degree.

Fact #3:  One of the top 10 skills corporate recruiters are looking for is Computer Skills according to a recent survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Fact #4:  The Top 10 Skills in Demand in 2010 are:  Project Management, Security, Network Administration, Virtualization-Cloud, Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Web Development, Database Management, Windows Administration and Desktop Support.

Fact #5:  The Feds have just released a National Educational Technology Plan that states “Technology-based learning and assessment systems will be pivotal in improving student learning and generating data that can be used to continuously improve the education system at all levels.”
