Biology Class

Most Students talk about how they don’t like to go to school, but will also admit that they do have a favorite class. There are four classes each day at the Hiawatha High School, and each class lasts approximately an hour and a half. Then the next day the students go to four totally different classes. Several students think the most interesting class is Biology.
Tyler Tryon quoted earlier “I really enjoy doing the punnet squares.”
In Biology, students learn what is in the body and how it works. It is not strictly the human body either. In fact, students that take Biology will tell you that they do a lot of looking and observing animals and plants. As of right now, students are focusing mainly on heredity and how humans have certain traits that are passed down from generation to generation. One point that biology teacher Chris Vitt had during the study of heredity is that the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, had to work to get the speed he has, but at the same time he has had genetics passed down to him from other good athletes in the family.
It seems that students in Biology really get along well with their teacher Mr.Vitt, as Lorenzo Mendez quoted earlier, “Mr. Vitt gets this Biology class moving at a pace that I can enjoy.” That is the main reason that Biology gets tagged as the most interesting class at Hiawatha High School for many.
Those are reasons that students like Biology and look forward to it each week. It is unlike some classes in the fact that you truly are learning, but are learning and having at least a little bit of fun while you are doing it. It is one of those classes that does not seem like it is an hour and a half long, and when it is over students wonder where the time went. So overall, Biology with Mr. Vitt is one of the more fun classes, and at the same time probably the most productive class!
