Mr. Karl Kliewer teaches Mathematics (Calculus, Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus, College Algebra and Advanced Geometry) at Hiawatha High School. He began teaching at HHS in 2000. Mr. Kliewer’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree from Tabor College and a Master’s of Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University. His family includes his wife Kathy and four children with an age range of 13 to 25 and one grandson age 3. In addition to teaching at Hiawatha High School, Mr. Kliewer teaches adjunct courses for Highland Community College and officiates HS and MS Volleyball and Basketball.
