I am Patty Hankerson-Davis, and I am the Senior/College English, and Speech instructor here at Hiawatha High School.
I was born at Wimple Park, England many, many years ago to an Air Force non-commissioned officer and a beautiful French woman. I was raise over in Europe for most of my young years.
My family was stationed last at Forbes Air Force Base in Topeka, Kansas, so when my father retired he chose to stay in Kansas.
I have attended Highland Community Junior College, Emporia State University, and Benedictine College, where I received my degree in English and licensure for secondary education. My last teaching position was at Maur Hill-Mount Academy.
I live in Denton, and have been married for twenty-three years to Steve Davis. We have been blessed with three daughters; Shiloh 20, Shelby 19, and Scarlett, 15 years old.
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and performing in summer theatre productions. My husband and I really enjoy finding out-of-the-way little cafés, or restaurants to try with some of our friends.
